Description
Designed in 1957 by Isamu Noguchi, this sculptured dining table got its name by the structure of the base reflecting the eye of a storm. This classic round wood table has a thick 15 ply top with inner layers of hardwood, and is beautifully offset by the stainless base.
The table top is solid and has a veneer laminate coating which is available in either black or white. The black lacquer solid cast iron base is offset by the stainless steel cone cross-hatch pedestal support. The interwoven stainless steel wires lighten the look on this retro table, and despite being designed over 50 years ago looks modern and sleek.
The classic retro look of stainless steel and wood gives this table the edge on more modern pieces, and this replica Noguchi Cyclone table comfortably seats 4 people. A perfect kitchen table or can even be used in the office as a small meeting room table.
